Banana Fish is a beautiful story that I hold near and dear to my heart. Now that the anime has ended, I wanted to take this chance to discuss the ending, more specifically, why I don’t like it. You don’t need a reason to dislike something. Sometimes stuff isn't to your taste. In my case, there is stuff I want to discuss that goes beyond not enjoying it. I do believe that the ending is objectively bad, in that, it did more harm than good. Whilst there’s no such thing as an unbiased person, I did at least want to make sure I was covering all grounds and looking at it from all perspectives. To do this I made a few twitter polls and created a Google survey. I got so many responses and such great and well thought out answers.
